Our clients are both legal entities and individuals who wish to purchase and/or have purchased Our products and/or services. The vast majority of our clients are legal entities.
In order to sell products and provide services, we process personal data of our customers and customer representatives (“you”) on a daily basis.

In what role do we process personal data and where do we obtain personal data from?
We process personal data as a responsible and authorized processor. As a responsible processor, we ourselves determine the purposes and means of processing personal data; as an authorized processor, we process personal data on the basis of written instructions from the responsible processor.

As an authorized processor of personal data, we receive personal data from Our contractual partner, on the basis of whose written instructions we process your personal data.

To whom and under what conditions do we disclose your personal data?
We keep your Personal Data confidential and only disclose it if we are required by law to do so.

We disclose Personal Data to our authorized processor with whom we have previously entered into a data processing agreement to ensure that the Personal Data is used for its intended purpose.

We generally process Personal Data within the European Economic Area (other than the EU countries of Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). In the event that we need to transfer Personal Data outside of Europe

The transfer of data to the economic sphere is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data.

How long do we store personal data?
We retain your personal data for as long as required or permitted by law, or as necessary for the interests of our business.

We store personal data processed for the purposes of a legal obligation for as long as the relevant legal obligation remains in effect (for example, the 7-year data retention obligation under the Accounting Act). We store personal data related to contract performance and disputes until the claim expires.

Upon expiration of the personal data storage period, we delete personal data without the possibility of recovery.
